Dr Kyatt Dixon, our man in the mount, is a former marine biologist turned surfer/winemaker delivering some of the most terroir-driven wines in Australia.

Attention to detail and the soft touch of organic viticulture define his farming practice in a region known for its cool climate and volcanic soil. Working over five small blocks of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc in the mount allows Kyatt to organically farm the majority of his own fruit. The fruit he does buy comes from organic or biodynamic vineyards within or close to the region to best represent the unique terroir.

From farming to processing, Kyatt’s attuned skill and commitment to organic practices remains unchanged. The result is a collection of wines of considered profile, honouring the fruit and the land from which they came.

We couldn't be bigger fans of Kyatt. He's a meticulous farmer and vintner who makes some of the most elegant, terroir-driven wines from a truly unique winemaking area. These are wines to impress connoisseurs and drinking-hobbyists alike. At its price point, we think this is some of the most sophisticated, quality wine in our portfolio.
