Fallow

Fallow wines come from Ryan Frazer, a young farmer and vigneron hailing from Healesville in the Yarra Valley. Organically farming a hectare of Pinot Noir on Woiworung land and working closely with select organic growers for their other wines, Fallow is driven by the ethos that wine is made in the vineyard. In the winery, minimal intervention informs the processing of the grapes to deliver wines that speak to the essence of the fruit and their terroir.

This release is another instalment of delicious wines, from a passionate and attentive winemaker who continues to refine his practice. We love Fallow wines: they continue to enchant us with their energy and exciting acidity profiles, grounded with a balanced texture and mouthfeel. We think these are some of the most exciting wines coming out of Australia and can’t wait to share them with you.
